Her diverse background spans sales leadership across financial services, healthcare, and consulting. From leading the largest branch in North Dakota as Branch Manager at US Bank to directing recruitment for Northwestern Mutual’s 100+ person team. As a certified facilitator with SellingInnovations, prior consultant with Challenger, and current consultant with her firm AKA Communications Angel has guided sales & enablement implementation & enhancement for Fortune 250 clients, driving measurable results like $2M in additional revenue.

Known for her intentionality and no-nonsense approach, Angel has a knack for spotting the gaps that stall growth, and fixing them fast. Whether it’s broken messaging, misaligned go-to-market strategy, or sales teams without the right tools, she knows how to turn chaos into clarity.
